Directions

From the North: Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 100B (Rte 33 East).

Follow Route 33 through 4 traffic lights.

After the 5th traffic light get in the extreme right hand lane.
You will see a sign for Avon. You will bear off to the right.

Proceed straight thru the next traffic light. This is West
Sylvania Ave.

Go through 2 more traffic lights and merge into Route 35 South.

After you merge into Rt 35 you will go thru one more traffic light. At this point the road will curve to the right. You should get into the left hand lane.

You will see a sign for Avon bearing-off to the left.

You will go over a RR bridge and there will be a traffic light at the bottom
of the bridge. Turn right at the light. Avon Realty is 1 1/2 blocks down on the left hand side
From the West: Take US Route 195 East. Rte 195 will become NJ Route 138.

Bear off to the left at the end of Rte.195/Rte 138 onto Route 35 North.
Follow Rte 35 North around the marina.

Go over the Rte 35 Shark River Bridge.

At the bottom of the bridge stay in the left hand lane. You will see a sign for
Avon bearing off to the right after the road divides.

Go over the RR bridge and turn right at the traffic light at the bottom
Avon Realty will be 1 1/2 blocks down on the left hand side From the South: Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 98.
Follow the signs for Rte 138 East.
Then follow the directions from the West
